THE COURAGE TO LOOK WITHIN
When I look in the mirror, I see that I’m not perfect, I’ve got flaws, I often contradict myself and sometimes I’m a hypocrite. I get depressed because I often struggle to live up to my own expectations and anxious because how can I possibly live up to yours?
The longer I stare at myself the worse I feel, I impose self-judgement and when I can’t cope, I project that onto others.
BUT WHY?
